Stupid is as stupid does. . .

"Stupid is as stupid does" according to Forrest Gump.  And in the era of Donald Trump, that applies to effectively every single thing he and his hand-picked entourage of idiots does.  They don't just talk and look stupid, they're sure to back it up with stupid actions that prove their innate stupidity.  In fact, stupidity is so prevalent in the Trump administration that this column could be a daily one calling out the stupidity of the day coming from Duncie Donnie and his team (I'll consider adding that to the blog...).

Case in point, Donnie and his dummies were (are?) so overwhelmingly confident in the strength of the US military (which is the greatest in the world by the way) that back in June 2025 they turned down an offer from Ukranian President Zelensky to share Ukranian anti-drone technology, knowledge, know-how, and systems that the Ukranian military had developed over the course of the Russian invasion.  And, contrary to Trumps belief, in wars dominated by drones, Zelensky actually does "hold all the cards." They have been fighting off a country three-times their size for four years now in no small part by innovating and deploying new killer drones at a heretofore unheard of speed with lethal consequences for the Russian military.  They are hands down the world's best at drone warfare, strategy, development and deployment, no one even comes close.  And our military (and others e.g. China) were very interested in learning as much from them on the battlefield as possible.  But, Donald is a stupid man, a dumb narcissist, an unintelligent, uninformed little man, so of course he and Two-Pint Pete matched stupid "is" with "stupid does" and turned down the offer of drone help.  

Fast forward six months of course, and Duncie Donnie has started an unprovoked war with Iran for no reason, with no strategy, no objectives, no plan, no way out, no idea what he's doing and, oh ya, a military that's facing a constant unceasing barrage of low grade but effective drones being fired at it from Iran.  The same very drones that the Ukranians have in some cases been fighting against in their war.  Would have kind of been nice to know some more about those and get the practical on-the-battlefield knowhow that could have helped us deal with that problem don't ya' think?  But of course Donnie is not only a great golfer and real estate flunkie, he's also now an expert on warfare, the military, and drone combat so he turned it down - AGAIN!!!  This month!!!  March 2026 he refused their help.  What kind of an insecure moron refuses help from someone when they're in a war!?!?!?. 
 So now every time Iran send out a cheap $50,000 drone to bomb a site our only response is a $1,000,000 Patriot or THAAD missile to try to intercept it - both of which we're running out of by the way.  So what happens when we run out of ammunition of those interceptors?  We just expose our troops on bases?  We expose our allies?  We deplete the reserves we have in Taiwan?  What's the good answer?

And all that because stupid is as stupid does and Donald J. Trump is STUPID!!!...

Keep in mind, the Obama "tan suit controversy" went on for days in the right wing media machine and then, of course, was picked up by the lemmings at CNN and the other main stream media like usual.  A congressman even said:  "There's no way, I don't think, any of us can excuse what the president did yesterday. I mean, you have the world watching" about him wearing the suit while discussing foreign policy.  Conversely, Trump wears a tacky baseball cap while troops he got killed come back to the United States Fox News not only doesn't cover it, but changes the footage entirely to remove his disgraceful conduct from their original footage (they subbed it with other footage from years ago where he had no hat)....   Fox is the Joseph Goebbels of our time. . . . 

US Allies Tell Trump to Pound Sand in Iran

To the surprise of absolutely no one, after years of Donald Trump calling every single ally of the United States dumb, small, weak assholes, low and behold, no one is coming to save his ass in the straits of Hormuz.  I'm shocked, SHOCKED!!!  Duncy Donald is so pathetic he's literally going around cup in hand calling our allies begging for help to get ships through the Strait of Hormuz:  dude, can you spare a mine sweeper please?  What a pathetic fucking loser!...  

Now, to be clear, we've always known that Donnie stupidly and insecurely believes that it's his personal charisma and "genius" that gets people to come to him to strike deals with the USA.  It couldn't possibly be that he's the President of the most powerful nation and military on earth, oh no, no, no. . .   It's because everyone is just so drawn and amazed by his charm, charisma, and tough guy persona, those overly long red ties, that's why they're calling the White House.  It is, and always has been, BS of course:  they're not calling because they like you, moron, they're calling because you're POTUS.  

Having said that, that's not to imply that personal relationships have zero meaning in foreign policy.  George Bush apparently had a very good working relationship with Margaret Thatcher.  Obama and Angela Merkel were famously excellent working partners.  So it does help to not call your closest friends jerks.  And what makes Duncie's surprise at our allies current response all the more amazing is that he DOES believe it's personal relationships that make the world go around.  So then why is he shocked when after a decade of insulting everyone they don't come to his rescue.  It's like the class bully in second grade not understanding why no one wants to come to his birthday party:  it's because you're the jerk dude!  

And obviously these other allied leaders aren't dumb like Donnie and if there was a bonafide security or geo political reason for them to get involved in Iran to protect their nations of course they would, even if they all think Donald Trump is an ass who on top of that apparently smells of ass.  But here there isn't any, this is a war of choice by Donnie to either distract from the Epstein files, self masturbate over his own military's power, or avoid looking like Israel's lackey (although I don't quite see how he doesn't now look like just that).  

So take note Donnie:  next time you want to borrow mine sweepers from Montenegro, maybe don't shove their Prime Minister out of the way for a photo shoot....

A 'Modest Proposal' for Iran

Donald Trump is a vain, small minded, unintelligent, uninformed, narcissistic little man child who cares for nothing but himself, his supposed glory, and self enrichment.  As a result most intelligent dictators and foreign ministers have figured out that all it takes is placating his ego and/or wallet to get anything you want out of him and therefore the United States.  Pay him a bribe, buy some of his worthless crypto or give him a gold ingot.  Maybe give him a Swiss watch or a luxury 747 aircraft.  Or simply provide him with a new "peace prize" or "participation trophy" made out of plastic covered in gold paint and little Donny will give you whatever you want (see Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Elon Musk, FIFA, the coal lobby, etc., etc.).   Unfortunately for them, Iran hasn't seemed to figure this out yet.  

So I have a modest Proposal given the dumbass they're facing:  If Iran wants to walk away with a peace plan, the end of US sanctions, and a full-blown nuclear program to boot, all courtesy of one Donald J. Trump, all they have to do is propose and sign the "Donald J. Trump has an Enormous Penis, Peace Plan" (the "EPP") complete with red carpet signing ceremony, a six foot golden trophy modeled to look like Trump (call it the "Trump Is So Awesome" award), the promise of a Trump Golf Resort Hotel Tehran, buy a couple million in Trump crypto, maybe throw in a tacky golden sword of some sort, who knows, an actual leopard, and Voila!  Trump will sign anything you put in front of him.  A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G!!!  That's how small minded he is, that's how unintelligent and corrupt he truly is.  And what's more, he'll promote it as the "greatest treaty ever made" and Fox News and the right wing media complex will too.  They'll fall right in line with Lindsey Graham showing up on the Sunday talk shows bloviating about how Trump is the second coming of King Soloman and that allowing Iran to have 500  ICBMs is actually good for the world, or the reporting on it is "Fake News!"       

The world would be an infinitely better place if Iran was rid of the Mullahs, abandoned its nuclear ambitions, and unshackled one of the youngest most educated populations in the world to join the global economy and rebuild a nation that can trace its culture back over five thousand years.  I have my doubts that that will occur this time around, but I am hopeful.  But the cynic in me wonders why the Iranian government hasn't figured out how to play Trump yet.  I hope they never do... 

Why are all Fascist / Nazi Dictators Buffoons?

Look at old videos of Hitler, or Mussolini, or more contemporaneously, Trump or Kim Jung Un, or Vladimir Putin, but turn off the volume.  Look at them as human beings on screen without the sound and the menace of impending violent acts and tell me what you see.  

They're all ridiculous buffoons....  

Hitler with his absurd gesticulations, that ridiculous mustache, sweat coming out of every pore as he blathers and screams about on stage and then pushes over the bangs on his head.  He's ridiculous looking...  

Mussolini with his chest puffed out, chin pointed up, sporting a thousand make-believe war medals on his uniform none of which mean anything.  He's absurd... 

Jim Jung Un, the world's greatest golfer, fat, round faced tiny hands with that ridiculous haircut that makes it look like he went through an automated carwash that replaced the side scrubs with hair clippers and mowed him down.  He's a joke...

Putin, participating in fake judo or hockey tournaments where his opponents are preordained to lose so that "dear leader" can go out horseback riding and show us his shirtless flabby torso complete with man boobs.  It's pathetic...

And then there's Duncy Donald:  he's grotesquely obese;  he combs his head with a dead muskrat;  his face is pockmarked like the moon;  he wears more bronzer than a Vegas stripper;  and somehow this a "tough guy" to be respected and feared?!  He's a joke!  He's an absolute buffoon.  If the writers at South Park or Family Guy invented that absurd a character out of whole cloth the producers would have sent the script back saying it was completely unbelievable.  His hand gesticulations, index fingers pointing out, lips pouting, the accordion hands every time he lies, it's a joke, he's a joke.  Add to that the fact that he apparently smells like shit because he wears adult diapers (allegedly), slurs and lisps his words because he (allegedly) occasionally loosens his dentures, it's a complete ridiculous, he's completely ridiculous.  And yet here we are.  As with Hitler or Kim or Mussolini, millions of people have been deluded into thinking that somehow he's powerful or significant or something...   

This is also why one of the first targets for his ire are the late night comedians.  The easiest most effective way of bringing down a stuffed shirt buffoon like Trump is comedy - pointing out the obvious absurdities.  Charlie Chaplin had it right:  want to bring down Hitler?  Make him the obvious laughing stock he should be.  The same goes with Trump.  We need more SNL skits, we need more Jimmy Kimmel, we need more Steven Colberts to remind us that this ridiculous orange, soft, fat, ugly, ridiculous buffoon isn't someone we'd ever hire to run the fry machine at a McDonalds, let alone someone who should have access to the nuclear codes...  Laugh at the man because it's only a matter of time before everyone realizes that the emperor has no clothes....

HE"S POSITIVE!!!

I was right:  Trump has now tested positive for COVID-19. . . 

This is really tragic and terrifying moment in the history of the United States.  The President of the United States has now come down with a deadly virus.  This is horrific news for the country and the fact that he did this largely to himself doesn't change that singular fact.  This is a horrifically dangerous moment for the United States.  The head of the US Government has a deadly virus, can't necessarily perform his duties to the same level, and may have infected many of the senior members of the American government.  This is terrifying and dangerous.  It's sad and scary that this country has to go through this, it's a sad and terrible day for American democracy.  

Let us all please rally around the government of the United States, the chain of command, and support the continuity plan and show unity in our nation.  Let us hope for the safety and health of Vice President Pence and House Speaker Pelosi as the next leaders in line.  

May God bless and support America in this time of need. . . 

Trump In Quarantine: Its Obvious He's Infected With Covid-19

News broke tonight that Hope Hicks, advisor to the President, is confirmed to be positive for COVID-19.  According to the timeline, she was contagious from Monday onwards on their trip to Cleveland for the debate.  She began showing symptoms on Wednesday night and of course the White House covered it up.  The only reason we know she's infected, and has exposed the entire White House, is that Bloomberg News broke the story (i.e. someone leaked it from the White House).  This was ultimately confirmed tonight by the orange blowhard in chief on Fox "News" where he admitted Hicks had tested positive, that he was waiting for his test results, and subsequently they announced he would be quarantined.  To repeat:  your Government did NOT tell you the President of the United States, the man with the nuclear codes, had been exposed to a deadly virus along with most of the senior staff.   Let that sink in for a minute.... 

I will preface my comments by echoing what has been said across the media reporting on this:  our hopes and prayers go out to Hope Hicks, the staff, and the president himself.  I hope he did not get infected with the virus.  And I hope that Hicks recovers quickly without issue.  

But it's now been several hours since the news broke and the White House has said nothing about POTUS' test results.  Remember, this is the White House, they have the best tests in the world including the instant 15 minute tests and the 3 hour tests and everything in between.  Yet they haven't released the results of the test.  Why???

For the answer, let me take you through a simple thought experiment.  First, let's remember who we're talking about here, it's Donald Trump, the man who's lied over 20,000 times since taking office.  A man who lied about his crowd sizes, something easily verifiable.  So let me ask you then:  if there was even a 1% chance that he was NOT infected, do you think he'd be going into quarantine instead of lying about it?  Do you think that four weeks out from the election, with his campaign bombing, with the threat of prison once he leaves office, and the last chance to stand in front of adoring crowds screaming his name, do you really think he'd go into quarantine for 14 days?  Really???   Not a chance in hell. . .  They're hiding either his positive test result, or figuring out how to spin the test result of others.  

That takes you to the second part of the thought experiment.  Let's assume he does have COVID-19 (which is obvious):  do you think there's any chance in hell he'd tell us before they'd figure out a way of spinning it somehow?  Of blaming it on BLM or Antifa or Kamala Harris or whatever.   Not a chance.  Right now, as of midnight East Coast time they're trying to figure out how to spin this.  And there aren't many good answers, he's called this a hoax for 6 months and told people not to wear masks, to re-open states and schools etc.  

And let's take the next logical step.  At a very basic governmental level, they still have to at least think through the contingency plan of what happens when he's infected.  So they have to bring in Mike Pence and test him too.  And what if, shock of shocks, he's infected too?   He's certainly been exposed, so what if he has it too?!. . . 

Then, Oh, My God, the country would be lead by Madam President Nancy Pelosi!!!!!!  Oh horror of horrors!!!  She's second in line to the Presidency, and there is no way they would easily hand over power to her, but they really have no other options if both POTUS and Pence are sick.  So they're panicking and trying to figure out what to do.  Imagine President Pelosi for the next 30 days.  She'll oversee the election and ensure it's peaceful.  That means she'll immediately fire Attorney General William Barr.  Goodbye election lawsuits, goodbye voter intimidation, goodbye election corruption, hello investigations into the Proud Boys and voter suppression.  And what's more, good bye Obama-care lawsuit in front of the Supreme Court.  And, OH MY GOD, goodbye Amy Coney Barret!  Take your Supreme Court Seat and shove it!!!   

And that is why, eight hours into the crisis, the White House has not issued a public statement or said a damn thing.  We could be sitting on the verge of a tragic, yet amazing, miracle.  The Lord sure does work in mysterious ways. . . . 

Trump Calls On His Brown Shirts

Last night during the Presidential "debate" Donald Trump called on the Proud Boys to "stand by," asked supporters to watch the polls, and again questioned the legitimacy of any election he loses, and blamed the violence on the "left wing."  Trump has now called out his modern-day Nazi Brown Shirts to "stand by" to riot through the streets, attack voters, intimidate election workers, maybe take over a local TV station, and do whatever is necessary and he asks for when he loses the election in order to keep him in power.  

As a reminder, the Proud Boys are a men-only racist far right neo-Nazi white supremacist hate group who are looking forward to the second civil war slash race war.  These are the racist morons who walk around with army fatigues (even though few of them ever served of course), AR-15s, bullet-proof vests, and attack BLM or other peaceful protestors in Portland and other areas around the country.  Their modus operandi is to show up to peaceful protests armed to the teeth, pick out some unwitting victims, beat the crap out of them (or worse) and then cry "self defense" or invoke stand-your-ground laws.  They also wear shirts that say "Free Kyle" in celebration of Kyle Rittenhouse, the 17 year-old Illinois kid who drove to Kenosha Wisconsin with his machine gun to kill two people peacefully protesting police violence.  Essentially they're a bunch of cowardly white trash losers who can't function in the modern world, blame minorities and liberals for it, and hide behind their guns and hatred as a crutch and solution.  

Unfortunately, their cowardice, stupidity, and racism doesn't make them any less violent or dangerous.  According to FBI Director Christopher Wray, they, and other white supremacist groups like them, are the biggest domestic terror threat to the United States.  And they are now also clearly the biggest threat to safe and peaceful elections and the transfer of power in this country.  Last night when Chris Wallace asked Trump if he would ask his supporters to be peaceful, stand down, and respect the results of the election (and not declare victory until it is announced) he instead called on his henchmen to go into the polls, "watch the polls," and obviously intimidate minorities and others who might vote against him.  Within hours the Proud Boys had actually turned Trump's words into a new logo and meme to help them market themselves, recruit, and raise money.  And this will only get worse over the next four weeks.    

These are Trump's Brown Shirts.  They serve the exact same purpose as the Brown Shirts did to Hitler and the Nazi party in the 1920s and 1930s:  intimidate and brutalize the opposition, terrorize opponents, stifle the free press, and ultimately destroy democracy by brute force in the streets for your Nazi fascist dictator.  These Proud Boys don't respect the Constitution of the United States, couldn't care less about democracy, and will violently support the Orange Fuhrer when called upon.  And let there be no doubt, in the coming weeks Trump will become more and more desperate, encourage more and more violence, and put more and more barriers in front of voters.  Come November 3rd he will definitely claim that a coup is being perpetuated when he loses the election or claim "victory" by 2pm in the afternoon and try to get his racist dogs to go out in the streets to support him in order try to impose martial law or some other mechanism to try to stay in power.  It's a given.  

Our only answer is to brave the Brown Shirts, stand up to the racist bullies and vote no matter what.  Imagine if, knowing what you know now, you were magically back in 1929/1930s Germany and could help Jews and others rational peaceful Germans stand up to the Brown Shirts, Nazis, and prevent Hitler from gaining power, would you have done it?  I certainly would. . .  Well now is our time to do just that.  We need to stand up and have a wave of anti-Nazi enthusiasm to wash over this country and cleanse us from all these pieces of trash by winning the election and saving American democracy.  And, once in office, we need to make sure President Biden fixes the DOJ and redoubles efforts to prosecute and stop violent white supremacist militia groups once and for all.  

Vote November 3rd!

The Trump Coup Begins: 1933 Germany Is Here

The transformation into a dictator is now complete:  tonight Donald J. Trump, wannabee fascist despot that he is, entirely rejected the election, the election results, voting, and democracy itself.  Trump refused to agree to peacefully transfer power to the candidate that actually wins the election.  There you have it:  if he loses Donald Trump will not agree to leave office.  He will use all the levers of government, all the powers at his disposal, to try and maintain his position as President of the United States irrespective of the will of the voters and the Constitution.  

Tonight Trump, when asked if he would allow a peaceful transfer of power, said "Get rid of the ballots and there won't be a transfer of power . . . there will be a continuation."  Trump just said he rejects the election, rejects voting, rejects democracy and will not accept ANY results that don't have him remaining in the White Houses.  He doesn't want ballots or voting, AT ALL.  He called ballots "a hoax."  He has repeatedly said that ballots are a scam, that "the ballots are out of control."  He has also this week said that he expects that the Supreme Court will decide who the next President, hence his urgency to fill the RBG seat, that the new Supreme Court will "get rid of the ballots."  “There won’t be a transfer, frankly,” he continued “there’ll be a continuation.”  

This comes on top of reports from The Atlantic that Trump's campaign team is actively discussing nullification of election results in various states by Republican state legislators who would in this scenario take back the right to name Electors to the Electoral College and name the Electors themselves instead of respecting the actual election results of voters and ballots.  It comes on top of dozens of lawsuits filed by Trump to dispose of mail-in ballots of all forms.  And it comes on top of another hundred forms of disenfranchisement and corruption that the fascist's administration has already engaged in to rig the "election" in his favor.  

So there it is, there's no debate now, he won't leave office, he doesn't want a democracy, or voting, or the rule of law, or the Constitution, or the United States of America.  That's it, he's calling for his unilateral dictatorship, the kingdom of Trump the first.  

The ONLY question now, is will his Republican minions go along with it.  Will GOP Senators accept a dictatorship of Trump?  Given their behavior and callousness over the past four years we can only imagine that, with a couple exceptions (Romney maybe), they will support the orange dictator.  Will his 40% base of support chose dictatorship over democracy?  Clearly the MAGA hat nut jobs violently charging into cities guns in hand to shoot at peaceful protestors will.  The only question is how many of that group break off and stand up for the Constitution, the United States of America, and democracy itself.  

So there it is, we are now in 1933 Germany and the only question is will you support Hitler/Trump or will you fight and push against it.  Will you stand for democracy or will you support a dictatorship.  Will you see this amazing experiment called "American democracy" continue, or will you let it die overnight at the hands of a mentally unfit, evil, sick, orange Nazi traitor who will not hesitate to imprison, torture or kill every last one of us if it keeps him in power.

The choice is yours America. . .
